Nishkriti is a non political social welfare organization established in 1982 and since 1987 this program has been funded by United States Agency for International Development. The main strategy of in implementing its activities is to assists beneficiaries as the development partner or the facilitators.  The concern mainly focuses on sustainable development of the beneficiaries by improving their skill and providing technical assistance.

Nishkriti Micro Finance Projet has 12 Branches covering 33 Wards, 09 Upazila, 29 Union and 139 villages as on 29.02.2019. It is one of the strongest NGOs of the Chittagong with wide network, strong financial position and expert management with around 65 staffs. Nishkriti has more than 34 years experience in multifarious fields of development services notably Micro Credit, education, health & nutrition, food security, water and sanitation, improving livelihood
